Opening and closing doors...

There comes a point in our lives when we become a student of life and begin those hard choices that impact the future. As Freud said, we need to gain competence in work and love. I would add that we need to learn power and our emotions also. We make serious decisions yet with a paucity of experience. We are becoming our own person and the growing pains can be tough. Doors will open to us while others close. Our patience and faith are tested in the process. We are being formed and the process can be painful. Yet it is wonderfully necessary. We grow and our roots become acquainted with their temporary pot. We are starting to understand the soil...
